Returns Tab

View all buyer return requests. See status, reason, and buyer evidence. Approve, deny, or process refunds from one place.

Claims Tab

View buyer-filed claims (item not received, not as described, counterfeit). Respond with your position and proposed resolution.

Built-in Messaging

Send messages to the buyer directly within each return or claim. All communication is logged and visible to admins if escalated.

Timeline & Status

Every action is logged in a timeline: when the request was filed, your response, status changes, and admin overrides.
