Order Fulfillment Timeline
Follow these 5 steps for every order to maintain a top seller grade.
Step 1: Confirm the Order
When a buyer wins an auction or completes a purchase, you'll receive an order notification. Review the order details and confirm it within 24 hours.
Fast confirmation builds trust. Buyers see "Seller Confirmed" status instantly.
Step 2: Pick, Pack & Photograph
Retrieve the item, inspect it against the listing description, and pack it securely. Take a clear photo of the packaged item before sealing.
Photos of the sealed package serve as evidence if a dispute is ever opened.
Step 3: Ship & Upload Tracking
Ship using a carrier that provides tracking. Go to the order in your dashboard and upload the tracking number immediately after shipping.
Orders without tracking within 3 business days may be auto-cancelled.
Step 4: Monitor Delivery
Keep an eye on the tracking status. If the carrier reports a delay or issue, proactively message the buyer to keep them informed.
Proactive communication reduces "Where is my order?" messages by 80%.
Step 5: Delivery & Payout
Once the buyer confirms receipt (or after the auto-confirm window), your funds are released from escrow to your seller wallet.
Most payouts process within 24 hours of delivery confirmation.
