Listing Templates
Save time by creating reusable listing templates for items you sell frequently.
What Are Templates?
Listing templates let you save a pre-filled listing configuration (category, condition, shipping settings, description format, etc.) so you can quickly create new listings without re-entering the same details every time.
Creating a Template
Go to your Seller Dashboard and navigate to "Smart Templates." Click "Create Template," fill in the fields you want to reuse, and save. You can also create a template from an existing listing by clicking "Save as Template."
Using a Template
When creating a new listing, select "Use Template" and choose from your saved templates. All saved fields will be pre-filled. You can still edit any field before publishing.
Policy Templates
In addition to listing templates, you can create Policy Templates for standardized return policies, shipping terms, and item descriptions that apply across multiple listings.
Bulk Apply
Apply a template to multiple existing draft listings at once using the Bulk Apply feature. This is especially useful when updating shipping terms or policies across your inventory.
