Frequently Asked Questions
No. Buyers pay one total shipping cost that you set. It's your responsibility to calculate the combined shipping cost for all boxes when creating the listing.
Use our ShipStation integration to create multiple labels for a single order. Each label will have its own tracking number, and all numbers will be visible to the buyer on their order page.
Our standard buyer protection applies. If any part of the shipment arrives damaged, the buyer can file a claim. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.
