Buying a Gift Card
Visit the Gift Cards page from the main navigation or your buyer dashboard. Choose a preset amount or enter a custom value, add a personal message, and complete your purchase.
Sending as a Gift
During purchase, you can enter the recipient's email address. They'll receive a beautifully designed email with the gift card code and your personal message.
Redeeming a Gift Card
Go to your Buyer Dashboard, select "Gift Cards," and click "Redeem." Enter the gift card code to add the balance to your account. The balance will be applied automatically at checkout.
Checking Your Balance
Your gift card balance is displayed on the Gift Cards page in your dashboard. You can also check any gift card's remaining balance using the code lookup tool.
Terms & Conditions
Gift cards do not expire and cannot be returned for cash. They can be used for any purchase on FairClose, including auction bids, buy-now purchases, and shipping costs.
