How to Bid
Find an Item You Want
Browse categories or use search. Check item details, photos, condition, and seller info.
Review the Auction Timeline
Note the qualification cutoff time and auction end time. Plan to bid before the cutoff!
Enter Your Maximum Bid
Enter the maximum you're willing to pay. The system will bid incrementally up to your max.
Confirm Your Bid
Review and confirm. Remember: all bids are binding!
Important: Bids Are Binding
Once you place a bid, you're committing to purchase the item if you win. Make sure you've reviewed all details before bidding.
Understanding QBC (Qualified Bidders Close)
QBC is our proprietary fair bidding system that prevents last-second bid sniping. Here's how it works:
Phase 1: Open Bidding
Anyone can bid during the open phase. This is when you should place your first bid to qualify.
Qualification Cutoff
To participate in the final phase, you must place at least one bid before the qualification cutoff (typically 15 minutes before end).
Phase 2: Final Phase
Only qualified bidders can continue bidding. This ensures the winner is determined by bid value, not timing.
Pro Tip: Qualify Early!
Place a bid as soon as you find an item you want - even a minimum bid qualifies you for the final phase.

Auto-bidding lets you set a maximum amount and our system bids on your behalf:

Buyer's Premium
A 6% buyer's premium is added to your winning bid. This covers payment processing and buyer protection.
Example: If you win at $100, your total is $106.00 + shipping

Shipping & Delivery
Once shipped, tracking information appears in your Orders page. You'll receive notifications for:
- Item shipped
- In transit updates
- Out for delivery
- Delivered confirmation
Buyer Protection
You're Covered When:
- Item significantly differs from description
- Item arrives damaged
- Item never arrives
- Item is counterfeit (authenticity guarantee)
How to File a Claim:
- 1.Go to Orders in your dashboard
- 2.Select the order and click "Report Issue"
- 3.Provide photos and description
- 4.Our team reviews within 24-48 hours
How BSS Works:
- Add BSS for $4.99 during checkout
- Negative seller reviews are flagged for admin review
- 72-hour moderation period before any rating impact
- Unfair reviews can be shielded from your rating
When to Use BSS:
- • High-value purchases where communication may be complex
- • First-time transactions with new sellers
- • Protecting your buyer reputation score
- • International transactions with potential delays
Returns & Disputes
Returns are accepted under specific conditions:
- Item damaged in shipping (report within 48 hours)
- Item significantly not as described
- Item is counterfeit
Note: "Changed my mind" returns are not accepted unless the seller's policy allows it.

Qualify Early
Place your first bid well before the cutoff to ensure you can participate in the final phase.
Set Realistic Maximums
Decide your maximum before emotions run high. Set auto-bid to that amount and walk away.
Read Descriptions Carefully
Check condition, included items, dimensions, and seller policies before bidding.
Review Seller Feedback
Look at recent reviews and seller badges. Verified sellers offer extra protection.
Use the Watchlist
Add items to your watchlist to track prices and get notified of auction endings.
Ask Questions
Use the Q&A feature to ask sellers about items before bidding. Most respond within 24 hours.
