Set a Reminder from Any Auction Listing
On eligible auction listings, choose a preset reminder like 15 minutes, 1 hour, or 24 hours before close — or enter your own custom reminder time. The reminder is saved to your FairClose account when you are signed in.
Cross-Device Reminder Sync
Your reminder manager now uses backend storage for authenticated users, so the same reminders appear after refreshes and on other devices where you sign in. This makes it much easier to manage high-interest auctions from desktop and mobile.
Browser Alerts + Calendar Sync
You can keep reminders inside FairClose with optional browser notifications, or send the event to Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, Outlook, Yahoo, or a downloadable .ics file. Calendar sync is useful when you want auction deadlines to appear alongside your daily schedule.
No Duplicate Alerts
FairClose merges reminders by listing and reminder time, then tracks delivery channels so you do not get duplicate browser alerts when the same event has already been saved to a calendar workflow. This keeps time-sensitive auction reminders useful instead of noisy.
Manage Everything from Your Dashboard
Open the Notifications area in your dashboard to edit reminder times, remove reminders you no longer need, and review which reminders are configured for browser alerts, calendar sync, or both.
